Data Security
Data security is a primary focus at WRA and is part of our core culture, whether physical, network, or data. Security isn’t only about protecting our network from outside threats; it’s also about protecting from internal threats. WRA maintains security on the following:
All data, including backup systems in the event of system failure due to a natural disaster or otherwise.
Our physical facility is protected by coded key fob entry locks on all external exits and entrances as well as between departments and internal offices.
By implementing a Virtual Private Network (VPN), we have established private, secure communications across the internet enabling us to extend our corporate network to remote locations and partners (clients). Encryption technology, which uses advanced mathematical algorithms to “scramble” messages and the attachments, ensures that messages traveling across our VPN to our FTP site cannot be intercepted or read by anyone other than the authorized recipient. Additionally, the office and computer areas of our building are secure, and access is strictly controlled and monitored.

Established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), criteria and reporting principles are outlined as a means for organizations to create a documented framework of policies and procedures to prove how they manage and secure data in the cloud and ensure protection of customer privacy and ensure internal communications are suitably handled.
